- Monthly site strategy plan, taking into account branding, incoming product assortment & market competition
- Responsible for the sell-thru on all products with a focus on onsite search, sorting rules, product placement, page/product content, third party vendors & site configuration
- Managing the customer shopping behavior, whilst being responsible for site product navigation maintenance
- Working with the Online Content team & Marketing team to ensure products used on any channels & HP are fully stocked & optimized by tracking products & inventory levels
- Ownership of the merchandising calendar planning with content, marketing, buying, planning & editorial teams
- Reviewing the styling direction of new product images to ensure that customers receive the most helpful & accurate visual depiction of our products
- Working alongside the Digital Marketing team to optimize key categories for SEO as well as merchandising products on the site based on analytics
- Identifying poor performing stock & working to increase sales whilst being mindful of margins & stock availability
- Ad Hoc competitive analysis including, but not limited to, promotions, product, & digital content & Ad Hoc reports
- Working alongside the Product & UX teams for optimization of overall experience on app
- Management of all onsite merchandising including the optimization of taxonomy, filters & onsite search
- Ownership of process between studio team & merchandising team to ensure all site content is delivered on time, including product images & product descriptions, ensuring product copies are consistent & on brand with excellent quality in terms of style, tone & optimization for search & UX
