Business Development Manager

I am currently working with a well-established company who has presence in the UAE & Saudi. My client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in Dubai to assist with growth across UAE.

You will be partnering with advertising, event, and exhibition agencies to sell immersive event technology to the region’s biggest events.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling to media/PR/advertising agencies and will have a strong network within these businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and financial growth within the business including hitting set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Building a network of new connections and identifying new markets and customer needs, as well as creating strategies for expanding existing markets and opportunities.
• Utilise existing book of contacts within the advertising and marketing field to sell tailored solutions to clients.
• The role includes increasing the client base in both the private and public sectors, creating a strong and sustainable pipeline, increasing sales, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Use strong commerciality to creatively sell solutions, with the help of cross functional teams, you will meet multiple stakeholders and build long, trusted relationships to close future business.

Candidate Qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ experience in B2B Sales or Business Development in UAE
• Experienced in solution selling and finding clients pain points to provide value.
• You must have previous experience working with advertising agencies and working with government entities is a huge advantage.
• The ideal candidate should have a history of exceeding sales goals, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in acquiring new clients and existing connections in government entities and large companies is preferred.
• Proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets
