Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a remote position with great potential for professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
• Possess a strong phone presence and experience in sales development
• Use technology solutions to improve processes and strategies
• Conduct research on accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
• Expand and maintain a sales pipeline within the assigned territory
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience in selling SaaS products in a startup environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven track record in B2B sales and highly motivated to achieve targets
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs
• Must be highly proficient in English
