We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a remote position with great potential for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Possess a strong phone presence and experience in sales development
- Use technology solutions to improve processes and strategies
- Conduct research on accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Expand and maintain a sales pipeline within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in selling SaaS products in a startup environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record in B2B sales and highly motivated to achieve targets
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Must be highly proficient in English
