A leading regional SaaS – eCommerce and delivery platform is looking for a General Manager to lead their rapidly-growing Sales team across Riyadh.

We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset, strong team management and coaching skills, alongside proven experience managing a high-performing sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations.
  • Monitor revenue performance and help with annual, quarterly, and monthly financial forecasting and planning.
  • Identify top merchant partners to onboard onto the platform and support category Management team accordingly.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth (new customer segments, new markets, new verticals) and set action plans to go after such opportunities
  • Ensuring that the company is operating under the correct law and regulations.
  • Ensure the team are fully trained to the expected elevated level and all direct reports are fully in line with the same vision.
  • Ensure that all sales growth is on target, and excellent account management.
  • Create a prioritised roadmap of actions that tie back to clear impacts on the top and bottom line.
  • Champion the values and culture, ensuring that they are lived at every level of the KSA organization.
  • Working very closely with C-Level and senior management to set strategies.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, a master’s degree / MBA is a plus.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen with a solid understanding of key business functions such as finance and marketing.
  • Entrepreneur mindset with hands-on and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge of the KSA market.
  • Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities and assess, recognize and reward performance.
  • Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Unbelievable customer obsession and customer-centric approach to problem solving.
  • A hands-on, “can do” attitude, and a drive for outcome focussed performance.
