The successful candidate will be partnering with businesses, that require training solutions. Targeting new business predominantly, this consultative salesperson will play an active role in determining the training needs to upskill areas of concern within organisations. You will be expected to find new opportunities as well as benefit from a healthy pipeline of leads from Marketing.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote the company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Building a strong product and market understanding in order to identify new business opportunities and grow your portfolio of clients.
- Developing and using your understanding of the service propositions, competitors and clients’ needs to build a robust pipeline.
- Tracks emerging markets and trends.
- Ensure clarity of your personal KSA lead generation strategy, including required activity levels to drive lead generation and maintain a healthy pipeline (calls, meetings, opportunity value and conversion ratios) all of which are recorded in SalesForce.
- Coordinate the close of business deals from the negotiation of contract through to integrating contract requirements with business operations, supporting the KSA Customer Success Cycle.
- Work collaboratively to onboard new partners successfully with the Operations / Implementation Team.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A strong business developer and networker, building relationships from scratch.
- A background in selling or consulting for training solutions.
- A strong background in selling solutions and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. (Arabic & English).
- Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation.
- Solution and outcome-oriented
- Proactively identifies and qualifies issues as opportunities
- Commercially savvy
