We’re seeking an energetic and proactive Partner Success Manager for our client; a thriving, innovative and quickly-growing global startup with offices in Candada, Europe, Australia and Dubai. The successful candidate will be passionate about driving growth and helping their partners maximise revenue through the SaaS tools and marketplace. This candidate will be detail orientated and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage regular communication of services impact and effectiveness to all stakeholders
- Develop a clear and concise understanding of the partner’s needs, strategies and business goals.
- Create Success Plans
- Own all day-to-day communication with key partners.
- Understand and lead all aspects of onboardings.
- Providing insight into the ecosystem, trends, and future growth.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Consolidate and lead quarterly business reviews with strategic partners.
- Be on the forefront of partner communication responsible for escalations to executive management
You’ll have the following skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-3 years of partner success/account management experience in the internet, software or e-commerce sectors.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. (Arabic & English).
- Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation.
- Solution and outcome-oriented
- Proactively identifies and qualifies issues as opportunities
- Able to provide clear direction and priorities, taking the lead to resolve problems
- Keep yourself and others accountable for timely delivery of commitments
- Commercially savvy
