A well-known SaaS provider in the retail industry is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team. The company provides solutions for order fulfillment to clients in the retail sector, such as traditional retailers, dark store operators, and e-commerce companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients
- Developing email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Conducting high-level conversations with business owners and operational staff
- Working cross-functionally with all departments to help customers understand and adopt the company’s solutions
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and partners
- Leveraging CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors
- Researching and understanding the competitive landscape
- Achieving quotas on a quarterly and annual basis by working closely with Account Executives according to the sales plan through driving the entire sales cycle
- Qualifying prospects and developing new sales opportunities
- Practicing strong sales process management and driving opportunity closure
Candidate Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in Business Development or Sales Development, with a background in technology and/or SaaS sales
- Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of CRM software (HubSpot), and MS Office (Excel)
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
