A European HQ’d tech start up is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team in the Dubai office.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for closing deals by selling the monthly subscription SaaS platform to customers.
The company offer a unique product and have seen a huge increase in demand for the platform given the effects of 2020.
Role responsibilies:
- Sell consultatively and ask the right questions in order to provide an effective solution
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Pro-actively find and meet with prospect customers and demo the software
- Research, contact, follow up and develop prospects into happy paying customers.
- Negotiate terms of the agreement and close sales opportunities.
- Handle objections and think on your feet
The ideal candidate:
- A self-starter, who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment and is able to work well independently as well as in a team.
- 4 – 5 years of sales experience from Subscription / SaaS / high growth tech start up environment.
- Passion for hitting targets and proven experience doing so
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Motivated by working independently as well as part of a team
