Sales Team Lead

Our client is a fast-growing market place SaaS platform that connects businesses with top-rated service providers across various industries. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to manage their sales team and drive revenue growth for their platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership in the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills, alongside fluency in Arabic and English.
• Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
