Our client is a fast-growing market place SaaS platform that connects businesses with top-rated service providers across various industries. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to manage their sales team and drive revenue growth for their platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills, alongside fluency in Arabic and English.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
