The ideal candidate will use their passion for beauty & wellness to sell to local partners, have great communication skills, is detail oriented, can prioritise effectively, has a strong work ethic and a passion to build great relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
* Identifying new business opportunities by researching new potential partners across your assigned territory, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
* Generate leads and call prospective customers, meet via video call or face to face if possible.
* Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these by asking open questions.
* Negotiate and draw up contracts with clients.
* Demonstrate the platform and show customers the functionality face to face or on video call.
* Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise on them.
* Meet KPIs and targets on a month basis.
* Identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities and collaborate with sales to create additional value.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2+ years of sales representative experience in the internet, ecommerce or selling within the beauty industry.
* Full drivers license
* Understanding of the sales process and dynamics, forecasting, pipeline and prospecting methods.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
* Ideally a keen interest in the Beauty and Wellness industry
* Ambitious and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
* Receptive to coaching and development
The salary range is £30,000 – £35,000 basic plus £18,000-£20,000 OTE (uncapped commission), excellent training and onboarding and career growth opportunity.
