We’re looking for a dynamic, detail orientated Account / Customer Success Manager to look after a portfolio of key accounts. The ideal person for this role is someone who has a strong work ethic and loves to build relationships with customers.
What the role involves:
- Being the main point of contact for existing customers and taking the lead on commercial opportunities involving up-selling
- Use data to educate and up-sell effectively
- Analyze weekly/monthly reports and utilize the reports to increase revenue
- Be pro-active in educating customers on getting the most value from the software tools
- Meet set KPIs around retention, conversion and churn
- Using ‘out of the box’ and ‘fast’ thinking methods to provide resolutions for client enquiries.
- Take note of client feedback and use this to develop new products and solutions with the technical team.
The person we’re looking for:
- Atleast 2 years of experience in an account management position ideally within the internet, software or ecommerce space
- A keen eye for detail, strong sense of initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google suite
- Proven ability to achieve targets
- ‘Customer first’ approach
