About Our Client
My client are a running a FMCG delivery operation, and they need someone that can manage their next phase within the Warehouse and Operations.
Needs an individual who can manage that scale up, drive the operation forward with best practice and look ahead to see where we need to go next.
Main Responsibilities and Objectives:
* Ensure the working environment and all property and equipment is maintained and used to the required health and safety standards in accordance with Company procedures and legal requirements.
* Work towards the achievement of daily shift production requirements in all warehouse functions including a thorough shift handover at the start and end of each shift
* Proactively manage the operation from the Warehouse floor, taking responsibility and accountability for shift performance, motivating and coaching team members to perform to required standards.
* Ensure all incidents including near misses are recorded and reported in line with Company reporting procedures
