Data Analytics Manager

My client is a secure integrated digital wallet based in KSA.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the business through gathering, designing and delivering all data analytics requirements/solutions, including dashboards, reports, tools, solutions, real-time and interactive analysis, as well as forward predictive analysis required for effective business decision-making.

• Develop Data Analytics strategy and framework in line with the company’s Data & BI Strategies, policies, regulations, and processes.
• Manage the implementation of Data Analytics policies, standards and processes in line with the company and any other local and international standards and requirements to ensure effectiveness of the process and optimize cost efficiencies.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure delivery of required data outputs and supporting ad-hoc requests.
• Conduct the requisite data analysis through defining guidelines, processes, and parameters to generate insights on consumer behavior for stakeholders involved in product development to define a compelling product value proposition.
• Perform complex analysis and data modelling for company products with the objective of getting insights on product performance, response of customers, consumer spending patterns etc.

Requirements:

• +8 years of experience in relevant industry- Fintech/Digital banking
• Experience managing and growing a team
• Arabic speaking
