Chief Customer Officer (CX) – Fintech – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salt are exclusively representing one of our key clients, a major fintech start-up based in Riyadh who are growing at a rapid scale. The firm are pioneering a first-of-a-kind countrywide fintech entity for Saudi. Our client is looking to identify an executive-level individual to join the firm as Chief Customer Experience Officer.

This is an innovation and strategy led role, heading customer experience across the organisation. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Customer Experience Officer will advise the CEO on digital innovation and customer strategy, influencing and advising the C-Suite on CX strategy and driving the Voice of Customer strategy through leveraging data and insights via market research partners.

Requirements:

• Agile mindset and proven track record in Customer Experience (CX) preferably within a digital first business
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ideally with experience lunching products and/or CX departments or CoE’s
• Passionate about the fintech sector
• Able to relocate to Riyadh
