This role involves designing and implementing Client Service systems to ensure all technology initiatives are implemented within the framework for our FinTech client based in KSA.

Job Requirements:

  • Plan, design and implement Client Services programs to protect key IT assets in the technology department.
  • Management and maintenance of all client systems and servers.
  • Manage and update MS OS Standard image with their deployments.
  • Manage and perform Windows Client and application Patch management.
  • Evaluate and test new products and systems.
  • Perform evaluation and testing of new systems, personal computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Continuously update the department Policies & Procedure based on best practice and agreed process including service request workflows
  • Engage and participate in new projects that involve Client Systems.
  • Manage department compliance requirements and business needs.
