This role involves designing and implementing Client Service systems to ensure all technology initiatives are implemented within the framework for our FinTech client based in KSA.
Job Requirements:
- Plan, design and implement Client Services programs to protect key IT assets in the technology department.
- Management and maintenance of all client systems and servers.
- Manage and update MS OS Standard image with their deployments.
- Manage and perform Windows Client and application Patch management.
- Evaluate and test new products and systems.
- Perform evaluation and testing of new systems, personal computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Continuously update the department Policies & Procedure based on best practice and agreed process including service request workflows
- Engage and participate in new projects that involve Client Systems.
- Manage department compliance requirements and business needs.
