A leading Insurance company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior ERP Consultant to join their team and lead ERP implementations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are in line with company vision and strategic goals
  • Oversea the full end-to-end process of the life cycle including design and testing stages
  • Deploy Oracle solutions to clients and projects for high profile assignments
  • Monitor employee targets, regular performance appraisals, provide regular guidance and training to ensure employee satisfaction and upkeep of their duties
  • Upkeep of ERP functionality to maintain system cohesion
  • Review and maintain all company products delivered by reporting department are in line with established policies

Job Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in relevant fields: IT, ERP Implementation, and Project Management
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Finance or related subject. Masters is a plus
  • Certified in Oracle licences and Project Management
