MS Dynamics CRM Consultant

UAE-Dubai Contract AED15000 - AED20000 per month

Our client is an international consultancy, looking for an MS Dynamics CRM consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month extendable contract. You will be joining a really exciting, high quality team at an exciting point for the business.

Skills:

MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerApps, Dynamics plugins, MS Omnichannel

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 + years experience across Techno-Functional MS Dynamics CRM
  • Working knowledge with MS Dynamics 365 (version 9.1 and above)
  • Experience of customizing & configuring Dynamics
  • Ability to integrate Dynamics with external data platforms & Microsoft Omnichannel
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of CX design within Dynamics, Powerapps & live chat.
