Production Support Team Lead

The duties include reporting to your manager, collaborating with colleagues to guide and fix the technical issues. You will also be required to provide support to our clients on their technical issues, to provide them with the needed reports.

• Overseeing the Production Support process and team members involved in resolving the incident.
• Communicate with all lines of business and management the overall status and health of the application, contribute to automation, causal analysis, develop shared/common solutions, proactively identify cross functional or technical issues
• Take ownership and responsibility to ensure assigned operational are completed in a satisfactory and timely manner
