Service Manager – Mainframe Infrastructure (Contract)

We are working with a global cloud engineering consultancy who would like to appoint two Service Managers for their project in Qatar, with a high-profile government entity.

This will be an initial one-year contract, with a strong possibility to extend. Remote working is expected until travel restrictions are lifted.

Key requirements

• Should have worked on Mainframe Infrastructure environment as Service Managers.
• Understanding on WebSphere & DB2.
• Team management & collaboration skills.
• Assigning tasks to technicians throughout each work day that are based on SLAs, technician availability, and the technician’s skills.
• Reviewing both tactical and longer-term metrics for their team and handling performance that is outside of the defined thresholds.
