Technology Enablement Director

This role involves developing the technological frameworks and overseeing the delivery of services for our FinTech client in KSA.

Job Requirements:

• Control the provision of the services which supports the development of expertise, culture and self-reliance in technology, through the management of technologically-driven activities and frameworks focusing on lean, effective, iterative and design thinking oriented processes.
• Ensure technology solutions support the organisation’s short-term and long-term business goals and aligns with IT strategy.
• Develop and improve the quality of technology products, systems and services and analyse data to make informed business decisions by finding technological solutions to business needs.
• Develop and monitor hardware and software solutions for alignment with business strategies and support the development of alternatives as required to improve the business, data management, data quality metrics and its overall reporting needs.
• Drive the research, review and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes, and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
