My client, a specialized marketing services company within a Global renowned agency is looking to hire an Engagement Lead for their business. This role calls out for a highly motivated and driven sales person who is able to set goals and achieve KPIs.

What your day to day looks like:

• Responsible for growing the sales and base of advertisers
• Looking at the development and implementation of annual business plans for both agency and clients
• Involved in revenue tracking and forecasting for business plans
• Leading the business development initiatives for new business
• Presenting new and emerging solutions to agency and client teams

To succeed in this role, you would need to have:

• Experience in technical products in display, video, mobile, native, OTT, audio and DOOH which can be delivered through programmatic and other channels
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in sales in digital media, DSP, ad tech or with publishers
• Deep understanding of biddable media, the ad-tech ecosystem
