Head of E-Commerce

As we enter into the digital era, my Client, a global consumer retailer is looking to hire for the position of Head of E-Commerce to spearhead the department with a vision to transform the business direction from offline to online sales.

You will play a pivotal role in building the eCommerce division, develop and execute business strategies in aggressively achieving online sales goals and enhancing brand building objectives.

The successful candidate will:

• Complete ownership on sales expansion – increasing sales, market share, capabilities, and excellence in the segment; and very number and ROI driven in fine-tuning business plans based on performance.
• Plan, develop and execute the eCommerce strategy for the business which includes planning, organising, implementing and tracking of eCommerce activities.
• Managing the budget and P&L for eCommerce division.
• Provide actionable suggestions via a “pilot”/ start-up approach to quickly grow eCommerce with measurable results for Asia.
• Develop A/B testing strategies and optimise e-commerce platforms to improve conversion.
• Ensure flawless operations with customer service and logistics for delivering outstanding consumer experience.
