Ux/Ui Designer

We are looking for a Ux-Ui for a Fintech startup, one the first Malaysian brand in the process with bank Negara to be a 100% digital bank. A fintech that provides full-financial services with the assistance of a banking partner for cash management.

The offering is a full digital bank assets: e-wallet, Native Android mobile app (iOS soon), Visa or Mastercard attached to the account, and the lowest clicks to approval in the region to join them.

This opportunity is to embrace a real end to end UX and Ui role. It is not about the visual execution only.

You will run your research, meet the users, conduct focus groups and workshops, build your personas…

This first stage is critical for the company. They are user centric and continuously seeking to deliver a delightful experience to their users.

You need to have very good communication skills to be able to present your wireframing, Hi-Fi prototyping, sitemaps, user flows to the stakeholders.

We are looking for those able to articulate why and how they take their design decisions.

Discussions with the tech team are also critical. The designer needs to know how to communicate with developers to make sure projects are doable.

This role is for a passionate UX who will come with no benchmark in the market but will create the benchmark!

We will look at someone with:

• high quality portfolio with ideally a fintech case study
• strong user research experience
• mobile app Ux design experience (iOS and Android)
• in-depth understanding of user centered design principles
• Adobe suite, Sketch, Proto.io, Invision.
