With business thriving, our client is now looking to expand their team and bring on-board a brilliant HR Manager to help drive their brand growth in the borderless online world.

This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who has:

+ Strong critical thinking

+ Good ethical judgement

+ Experienced with recruitment processes and databases

+ The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

+ Experience in a marketing agency is an advantage

+ Strong verbal and written skills

+ Knowledge of Malaysia and Singapore labor law and practices

How would a typical day look like?

+ Maintaining internal records (sick leave, annual leave, maternity, etc)

+Assessing applicants knowledge, skills and experience to suit open positions

+ Providing recruitment reports to team managers

+ Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner

+ Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment platforms, social media, etc

+ Preparing payroll, claims & reimbursements, weekend shifts

+ Onboarding new employees

+ Coordinating exits
