We are looking for an Operations Admin, who has experience working with various stakeholders within an agency setting (Digital/Advertising/PR/Media), who works closely or as a Executive Assistant for a MD/CEO/C-Level individual.

We’re looking for a versatile Operations Admin cum PA to work with our client’s SEA regional hub.

This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who is:

+ To be a part of an operations team with a fast growing and digital team.

+ To gain experience across different workstreams of the business

+ Report to the Region Overseas Lead whilst supporting the workstream leads and providing administrative duties

+ Ability to deal with ambiguity and can effectively cope with change

+ Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills to build relationships effectively and ensure smooth transactions with the internal workstream leads

+ Digital savvy and able to pick up project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Office)

+ Strong organizational & administrative skills
