One of the first few key hires this 2023 is for a People & Culture Lead to join their diverse and highly energetic team. As a People & Culture Lead, you will:

+ Lead the development and execution of People and Culture strategies and programmes that foster a collaborative high performing organizational culture: high employee satisfaction, a winning mentality, a sense of belonging, openness & transparency.

+ Plan & organize employee engagement programmes that include quarterly Townhalls, Offsite Retreats, Team building, Festive & birthday celebrations.

+ Oversee and strategize the overall recruitment efforts, alongside the Managing Director.

+ Plan & manage talent pipeline utilizing various recruitment tools such as Linkedin, Glassdoor, etc.

+ Strategize and lead the development of career progression framework for employees, working alongside managers to execute and measure effectiveness.

+ Work with the leadership team to identify, plan and execute a diverse and effective Learning & Development programme for the year, catered to the holistic needs of our consultants.

To be successful in this role, you would need:

+ 5-6 years of experience in HR / Communications Agency management roles (ideally in an agency within communications or media industry).

+ Track record of developing positive organizational/culture change initiatives.

+ Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

+ Possesses a strategic mindset with a meticulous focus on execution.

+ Collaborative, personable style with strong analytical skills.
