People & Culture Manager

We are looking for an agile, nurturing, and people-centric individual for a digital creative agency that will work closely with the management team to help develop their people!

You would be focusing on:

+ Recruitment, in terms of on-boarding, off-boarding, and hiring amazing creative, technology, and marketing individuals.

+ You will be involved in developing and nurturing the employee engagement activities, development and training if needed internally or externally.

+ Your mission, is to find ways to improve the hiring and engagement systems to ensure retention rate is high and turnover is low.

This is going to be an ongoing process, it’s not going to be easy to deal with a team of 60+, as you will be in a sole contributor role. But if you want to make a change, and turn the company around making it one of the most amazing place to work for your employees, you’re going to be great for this role!

Important Requirements:

+ 3-4 years work experience as an HR Executive/HR Manager/HRBP or similar role

+ Experience with full-cycle recruiting

+ Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, etc.)
