Resourcing Consultant

Malaysia Permanent RM90000 - RM165000 per annum

We are looking for a Resourcing Consultant, who has a strong recruitment and operational support individual who has experience hiring across East Asia region. With a strong background in volume hiring and experience with dealing across various Strategic Business Units and Functions.

This role will be working with an establish Education brand, who specialize in international cultural and educational opportunities. Alongside working with a global team, who values involves being open, committed, inclusive and bold!

Your Role:

+ Will support the delivery of resourcing targets, supporting, and coaching line managers in conjunction with HR colleagues within the region.

+ This role is reporting to the regional resourcing leader within East Asia. You will be providing expert recruitment services to teams across this region. Using the best recruitment process, attracting talent, conducting the interviews up to the offer stage.

+ You will also be responsible to be apart to deliver robust recruitment campaigns and adopting a consultative approach with hiring managers to ensure they are guided through the recruitment process. + Handling vendor management, and using variety of attraction methods using direct channels and creative means; including social media, databases, market mapping to identify suitable candidates and headhunting both active and passive candidates.

+ Monitor and manage hiring via requisite job portal for all local hiring for the respective Division or Country.

+ Assist regional / global recruiting team members for posting adverts in the local job sites on need basis.

+ Support the Regional Resourcing Leader – East Asia, with Business Transformation/ Restructuring Processes.

+ Successful delivery of new hire checks including the upcoming wave, closing gaps and ensuring effective risk flagging- for all managed recruitment processes.

Key Requirements & Plus Points:

+ Managing operational delivery of vacancies according to agreed KPIs.

+ In depth knowledge and understanding of hiring market inclusive of experience on local government websites.

+ Regional employment marketplace & relevant sourcing channels including direct sourcing techniques.

+ Experience of managing a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders.

+ Able to manage end to end recruitment campaigns, including the use of an online tracking system.

+ Had the exposure to working within a busy fast paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

+ Previous experience in generating and creating management information reports.

+ Proficiency in MS Excel especially working with Pivot Tables and function.
