What Is The Role Expectations:

+ Leading the TA role as their first HR department representative!

+ Being Independent, and Strategically hiring talents across APAC.

+ Able to work on budget and develop an employer branding presence with your community of talents.

+ Has the passion for internal efforts such as employee engagement and developing other areas within the HR space.

Important Requirements:

+ You have experience hiring within APAC or at least 2-3 other regions apart from Malaysia.

+ You are confident to lead the recruitment and drive it’s efforts independently.

+ You have the focus and mindset to pioneer a department.
