Content Writer (ENG & CHI)

A new and exciting role in the gaming industry! If you’re a creative writer with an excellent command of written English & Chinese, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be part of a pioneer marketing team for a fast-growing eSports brand that takes pride in its extensive community platform & fan base.

You will be the go-to person for everything around written communications, provide a unique voice for the company with both long- and short-form writing, and collaborate with the team to generate ideas for new content.

Your role:

• Write well-crafted, clear, concise and creative articles, notices, advertorials, email, social media content and any other branding and marketing copy (in both English & Chinese)
• Review all existing copy in line with the brand’s identity and support with translations from English to Chinese & vice versa
• Keep up with what’s happening in the digital space, in Southeast Asia & China, including pop culture and internet references

What we’re looking for:

• Writing or copywriting experience in both English & Chinese, with a portfolio to show
• Impeccable grammar, proofreading and editorial skills with a good eye for detail
• Experience in (or passion for) the eSports gaming industry would be a huge plus!
• Able to write independently and manage tight deadlines
