A media conglomerate is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its day-to-day operations of development, implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns (e.g. display, search, social media and email marketing) and ensuring that all efforts are in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and strategizing of digital marketing campaigns
Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance accordingly using the relevant analytics tools.
Responsible for the overall digital marketing budget planning and management to ensure maximum ROI/ROAS is achieved.
Responsible for the team’s overall growth and development; managing staff performance and implementing staff development needs.
Ensuring that all digital marketing efforts are steered towards meeting company’s business objectives, guiding and empowering the team to contribute towards business revenue and making sure that they are well equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for the job.
Requirements:
Prior working experience in Digital Marketing with a proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
Experience leading/mentoring a team would be an advantage
Strong knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Display & Video 360 (experience in the conversion tagging process, a/b testing and data management is preferred)
Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company’s success, critical thinker with problem-solving skills, team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills.
