What the role offers

This highly transformative business thrives on providing meaningful experiences through digital innovation and strategic partnerships. With a primary focus on capital raising, you will play an influential role in guiding decisions at Board level and steering the company’s future direction.

Leading a strong and steady team, you will oversee all financial operations of a public listed company including business planning, corporate finance, treasury, procurement, investor relations and risk management. Outline of scope:

· Manage the company’s working capital, financial forecasting, budgets and reporting

· Develop the roadmap to drive financial performance and provide financial insights and solutions to senior management on new and existing business, investments, expansions and ventures

· Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels of the business

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to have worked as a financial leader in a similar accelerated digital environment. We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to go the distance. You have an appetite for change and enjoy the dynamic nature of an entrepreneurial led business. You are solution focused and have the resilience to navigate challenges to deliver the right outcomes.

We’d love to hear about the financial impact you’ve made in your career and how you’ve found ways to monetise projects. You’re often the leader who straddles between strategic and operational responsibilities, always ready to adapt and certainly well-informed around corporate compliance and regulatory frameworks. Ideally you would have some investment banking experience and good networking relationships with fund managers & bankers.
