Growth Marketing

My client, an alternative payment service provider is looking for a Growth Marketer to join the Digital Marketing Team. The focus of your role will be to engage with their users across all markets to deliver additional value through tailored offers using email and push notifications to increase user conversion and retention.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design, plan and execute email and push notification campaigns
• Execute retention strategy
• A/B testing to find tune retention campaigns
• Improving content to target higher engagement and better user experience for subscribers
• Work closely with other marketing functions to ensure campaigns are launched in a timely manner
• Look at metrics, measure campaign performance, monitor goals and derive actionable insights

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in email, push marketing and user lifecycle marketing preferably B2C
• Experience in growing and managing the user base using promotions and activities
• Knowledge of email and push methodologies
• Knowledge in HTML / CSS coding for emails
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mailchimp or salesforce of hubspot experience
• CRM + pushing for growth
