Having said that, here’s an exciting opportunity to take on a pioneering role with one of our global award-winning clients. Our client, a Fintech start up is on a mission to welcome a Growth Marketing Manager to join them as they launch their newly created integrated digital cash management platform.

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will:

• Plan, manage and deliver integrated marketing programs and campaigns through a combination of both offline and online media
• Be accountable for managing the key content platforms within the target market
• Build brand awareness, generate and nurture leads and traffic into multiple media platforms
• Shape customer perception towards the company and its services such as develop strong key value propositions and positioning strategies with market and consumer insights
• Budget and P&L management: Develop short-term and long-term budgets for marketing activities to achieve key business metrics and monitor progress and evaluate performance
• Demonstrate digital acquisitions at scale through lowering CAC and increasing LTV

This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing and Advertising
• At least 8-10 years of relevant growth marketing experience, both on strategic planning and campaign execution
• Good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels /mix from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation
• Experience in marketing of financial products / investments/ psychology of money would be an added plus
• Proven track record of success in utilizing data to create impactful marketing campaigns and meeting business objectives
• Highly detail-oriented: Ensure high standards of quality of all marketing and communication materials
