Managing Editor (Remote)

Our global client is seeking an experienced Editor to join its growing APAC team!

When it comes to content trends, data and technology, you will be ahead of the pack with this award-winning content publisher. Internationally recognised for their unique approach in producing purpose-led digital content, they are on a mission to deliver great brand experiences!

As Managing Editor, editorial excellence will be at the top of your agenda. You will play an active role in managing content development from concept to production, and ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation of content.

Key responsibilities:

* Part of a global remote team, you will collaborate with dedicated experts in content, marketing and creative across the region to produce digital content for clients in the B2C and B2B arenas

* Manage the editorial team to support the strategy and execution of projects, aligning the local and regional strategy

* Be a true guardian of the brand’s tone of voice to meet high editorial standards

* Work with regional and local SEO resources to give excellent reporting and analysis

* Identify local content opportunities and trends to drive relevant and newsworthy content creation in real time

Besides a background in digital media and impeccable writing skills, we are looking for previous experience managing an editorial team or content hub. A basic understanding of SEO and content marketing would be valued for this role, in addition to experience writing health, wellness or medical articles. Either way, we would love to hear about your strengths as an editorial leader.
