We’re looking for a versatile Market Insights (Data) Lead to work with our client’s SEA regional hub.
This is how your typical day to day would look like:
+ End-to-end campaign analysis, strategic insights & continual performance improvement program development
+ Interface to Overseas Experience Centre clients based in Malaysia, to deliver insights, analytics & reporting, integrated across media, content, CRM, social, website and leads system
+ Lead the reporting team (BI managers and analysts) to fulfil reporting use-cases for Overseas Experience Centre
+ Build consolidated campaign performance linking online to offline journey. Identify key touchpoints (and KPIs associated with each touchpoint) across the journey and plan for optimization
+ Work with other workstream leads to capture stream specific reporting requirements, build cross-stream KPIs and codify each stream’s contribution in customer journey.
This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who is:
+ Having 7+ years of proven work experience working on campaign strategy and analytics for established brands or companies
+ Experienced in creating detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports to drive projects quickly and efficiently to ensure projects are completed within deadlines
+ Experienced in coordinating, planning, and facilitating all internal and external meetings
+ Experienced in managing conflicts with both internal and external teams and seek satisfactory solutions
+ Having a strong knowledge of reporting and Business Intelligence concepts
+ Having a practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management & ticketing tools
