Paid Ads Specialist

An online gaming company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist! You will be responsible for the creation, design, execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns, as well as designing user journey

Responsibilities:

• Setting up dashboards and campaign reporting
• Campaign planning, structuring and setup
• Audience research, segmentation, and analysis
• Creation and optimization of creatives and messaging through structured A/B Testing
• Budget planning and daily re-allocation based on performance
• Ad copy development

Requirements:

• You have more than 2 years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in paid ads (Google and Facebook)
• Practical experience in Facebook Retargeting would be an advantage
• Familiarity with Mandarin and Chinese dialects highly preferred
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a start-up environment
• You like to challenge the status quo, solving real problems
• You are detail and result-oriented
