Performance Marketing Manager

An insurtech business is looking for the Performance Marketing Manager to lead all paid marketing initiatives across the business and scale up the lead generation, acquisition and conversions!

Your responsibilities:

• Own and manage day-to-day digital marketing activities and providing analyses to define and demonstrate effective ROI
• Monitor and optimize paid and owned channels and campaigns to achieve business
• objectives with efficiencies and scale
• Plan, setup and optimize digital advertising channels for all markets
• Be the subject matter expert in regards to digital marketing strategies
• Build and lead a team of performance marketing executives/specialists
• Work with local and regional stakeholders to drive integrated marketing campaigns
• Own all performance targets and digital marketing budgets in your market

Requirements of the role:

• Working experience in a performance marketing/SEM role. Open to candidates from media/digital agency or client/brand side
• Hands-on executional experience in running paid media campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Ads and/or third party ad networks
• Independent proactive, and entrepreneurial
• Able or keen to lead a team
