Performance Marketing Manager

My client, an alternative payment service provider is looking for a Performance Marketer to join the Digital Marketing Team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of online paid channels/ budget to drive new user acquisition, including Paid Search, Facebook Ads, Display, etc.
  • Experience in handling 6 figure budgets
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan and set up A/B testing to optimize targeting and creatives for better performance
  • Actively monitor market trends and able to suggest new acquisition ideas
  • Manage the performance marketing team to drive growth across all regions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in regional performance marketing and managing a team
  • Experience with pixel/ GTM implementation
  • Experience in using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, amongst other platforms
  • Sound understanding of Google Analytics
