One of the first few key hires this 2023 is for a Senior Account Manager to join their diverse and highly energetic team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will:

+ Independently oversee a number of clients across Digital, PR and IMC

+ Manage a team of up to 4 consultants – build people up through role-modelling

+ Provide strategic counsel when it comes to media relations, messaging, stakeholders and issue management

+ Plan and develop strategic / creative communications campaigns to ensure flawless execution

+ Create and review content for external and internal media documentation, client proposals, budgeting and reporting while ensuring it ties in with campaign budgets

+ Continuously develop working relationships with external stakeholders such as editors, journalists, content creators, etc

+ Initiate and drive new business pitches – proposals, presentations, etc

+ Seek and attend networking functions that could drive potential business leads

+ Be at the forefront of new trends, industry news and innovations

+ Conduct performance appraisals and career development and performance programmes

To be successful in this role, you would need:

+ Experience in people management within the communications, public relations, media relations, social media management scope

+ Experience in business development, leading pitches, presentations

+ Excellent copywriting and communication skills

+ Strong understanding of multi-channel communications & new media trends
