One of the first few key hires this 2023 is for a Senior Digital Consultant to join their diverse and highly energetic team. As a Senior Digital Consultant, you will:

+ Oversee strategy, creative services, ad operations and data tech teams to develop innovative solutions for clients

+ Pitch to clients campaign strategy, execution, performance and analysis

+ Ensure the quality of delivery across creative and paid campaigns

+ Oversee digital performance marketing by supporting the team and optimizing metrics to ensure efficiency and the desired outcomes are achieved

+ Provide industry trends and insights in supporting new business pitches

+ Work closely with the Digital Director to ensure that cross-functional teams are executing campaigns well and providing an excellent level of service to clients

+ Oversee workflows and capacity of each team member

To be successful in this role, you would need:

+ Extensive digital media experience – ad buys, strategic planning for media buys, paid digital, etc

+ Strong experience in leading and managing a high performing team

+ A minimum of 6 years of digital marketing experience

+ Knowledge about the digital media industry, latest digital advertising trends, data and in-depth knowledge of performance and data-driven marketing on Meta, Tik Tok, Google and Programmatic platforms

+ Effective time management skills with the ability to manage numerous accounts and campaigns simultaneously
