Senior Paid Media Specialist

As the Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, your day to day tasks would include but not limited to:

• Be responsible for the planning and execution of end-to-end digital campaigns
• Be responsible for the day-to-day management of B2B paid digital campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn
• Measure and optimize paid campaign performances accordingly to set targets and KPIs
• Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
• Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals for the respective geos
• Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
• Oversee and manage assigned media budget
• Analyse and prepare in-depth post campaign reports
• Keep up to date with industry best practices and new digital media technologies

This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who has:

• Min 4 years hands-on execution experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn
• Possess relevant experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong command of functional aspects of marketing and marketing trends
• Ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics
• Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
