Senior Performance Manager

Our client, a notable digital agency (digital performance & content campaigns) is looking to hire a Paid Media Manager as part of their plans to scale their business. You will get the opportunity to work within a global team and will be responsible for leading and growing a team of paid media specialists and driving performance across a range of digital channels.

What a typical day in this role would look like:

· Provide direction of media campaign operations and manage campaign performances

· Prioritising and executing tasks alongside the team to meet tight deadlines

· Managing the team’s performance and growth opportunities

· Growing the team through recruitment efforts

· Responsible for timekeeping and ensuring in-house budgeting and time management software’s are up to date

· Track digital KPIs to measure FB & Google campaign performance across the team

To succeed in this role, you would need:

· Highly efficient & articulate communication skills is a must (working with clients in Australia & UK)

· Data driven with a strong attention to detail

· Have a mindset of a digital leader, combining technical expertise with great people skills

· Minimum of 5 years working on paid media campaigns

· Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a team

· Hands on project management experience in campaign management and marketing automation

· Extensive technical knowledge in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
