As a Social Media Project Lead, you should have solid experience in creative marketing with a customer service approach. You should also clearly understand how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

What you day to day role would look like:

• Take ownership of the account and act as the point of contact for clients
• Develop, implement, and manage our client’s social media strategy
• Produce the social media content for our clients – You’ll be expected to come up with the content ideas and copies, but you’ll work with our creative team to produce the visuals.

The Project Lead is expected to be accountable for this whole process

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies and implement this across all clients
• Set digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements
• Manage third-party contractors and consultants on the deliverables

To succeed in the role, you would need:

• Proven work experience as asocial media manager
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (especially TikTok)
• Experience implementing and optimising social media ads
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
