A leading technology services company is looking for their VP of Growth Hacking to lead a new business division, heading up innovation across their products and target markets. You will be responsible in P&L management, driving revenue across the business’ subsidiaries and developing growth strategies based of the market needs.

Your responsibilities:
Introduce modern marketing approaches, innovative strategies, efficient tools, systems and processes to drive sustainable growth
Strategic planning with sales, marketing, product, engineering, growth initiatives, metrics and retention strategies based on the entire direction of the business
Analyze existing product offerings and identify new product viral mechanics to promote product growth across the digital businesses (B2B and B2C) at all stages of business model
Connect with multiple disciplines across the company to drive successful growth by finding and leveraging overlapping opportunities
You should possess:
Working experience in growth hacking, marketing, product management experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company
A passion for diving deep into data and the ability to run experiments to quickly test hypotheses
Experience designing, implementing and analyzing A/B/n tests as well as familiarity with Design Thinking and/or Agile methodology
Familiarity with key growth concepts such as CAC, LTV, AARRR Sales Metrics, etc and able to leverage these types of metrics to drive effective and impactful decision making
