Account Manager

My client, a leading cloud-based SaaS platform that facilitates e-commerce and order management solutions for the F&B industry is looking to hire an Account Manager to join their ever-growing sales team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing your clients’ revenue, be part of their high-growth journey and make a meaningful impact in the F&B scene.

Day to day as an Account Manager:

• Establish close relationships with merchants to gain an insightful understanding of their business, identify their unique qualities and challenges to develop GMV growth strategies.
• Engage with merchants periodically to analyse and gain insights of their performance, identify gaps or opportunities, optimise their online shop to grow their sales.
• Market and cross-sell company’s new products/services of our new business vertical, as well as improve new product adoption.
• Protect revenue lost by reducing churn and grow new revenue by getting merchants onboard with marketing campaigns and/or other company-wide initiatives.
• Periodically review engagement strategies, keep abreast of internal product offerings and knowledge as well as conducting competitor analysis.

Successful Candidate will have:

• At least 3-4 years of business development/sales/client account management/customer success experience with a proven track record of success in the role.
• Knowledge or experience in a SaaS / Food Tech / eCommerce industry is an advantage.
• Sound analytical thinking, a sound ability to decipher data and make data-driven decisions.
• An entrepreneurial spirit who is self-started, resourceful, able to drive actions and inspire people around you.
• Business-minded individual who is obsessed with helping others, and will go out of your way to make things happen.
• Easily adapt to any situation and are up to any challenge that arises.
