Country Sales Manager

Our client is a leading analytics software distributor specialized in servicing the engineering and manufacturing industry.

We are currently partnering with them to identify a strategic and driven Country Sales Manager to drive the sales of the Malaysian business. This role would come with expectations to develop the entire sales function from developing a team to strategizing on the yearly sales effort.

Specific aspects of this role will include the following.

• Demo the company’s platform to prospects, clearly differentiate and position the product and service offering.
• Lead sales team to follow the sales methodology and best practices, as well as the adoption of solution-selling to convert sales potential into opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies across customer market to ensure a strategic market penetration for business growth opportunities.
• Being able to grow relationships with senior executives at partner vendors, consultancies, and large enterprise organizations.
• Oversee the technical team and ensure adequate support is rendered for the pre-sales and post sales cases.
• Responsible to carry P&L responsibilities and to drive sales execution to fulfil expectations.
