My client, an AI-powered consumer research start-up is growing and looking to hire for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) individual. This would be a fully remote role with the option for an On-Site office should you require one.
Your day to day as a SDR would be:
– Generating leads via Market Research from LinkedIn or using CRM tools like Zoom.info
– Conduct cold callings to outbound leads generated from CRM tools/Market Research
– Respond and Qualify inbound leads.
– Identify client needs and suggest the right solution.
– Set Up meetings for all qualified leads for the Account Executives.
– Working with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to strategise, build pipeline and improve outbound effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you would:
– Have minimum of 1 year of experience in prospecting outbound leads.
– Be very resourceful in up skilling yourself so that so that you can grow and manage a team in the near future to achieve the company’s goal of becoming a Tech Unicorn by 2025.
As a pioneer, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales. If you are someone who is hungry for growth, ambitious and willing to learn, this might be the role for you.
