Sales Consultant

A dynamic & fast paced MarTech client of mine, backed by a leading brand presence in Malaysia & Hong Kong is looking to hire Sales Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur to sell an All-In-One Revenue Growth CRM platform. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales opportunities for the company.

Day to day as a Sales Consultant:

• Proactively in identifying, responding and meeting new business leads and potential new markets that the business can explore and tap into; including basic demo of products.
• Perform In-depth research of the clients’ business model, challenges and to identify gaps to offer the most effective solution.
• Reach out to and follow-up on business leads through cold calling, emails or other similar means necessary.
• Work closely with the internal team in clarifying briefs, setting direction + objectives, initial strategies, job delegation and delivery of proposal.
• Preparation of presentation decks for pitching; lead in presentations and pitches.
• Oversees the deliverables to ensure prospects or clients’ expectations are met.
• Maintain fruitful long-term relationships with existing clients.

As a successful candidate will have the following:

• Proven working experience in SaaS industry. Prior experience in selling CRM solution is a bonus!
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, forward thinking, calm and charismatic.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Market and industry knowledge with the ability to consult prospective clients.
