Senior HR Manager

A driven organisation that values their employees and promotes a healthy work life blend, our client is seeking the right candidate to lead and take their HR processes to the next level. You will be pushing boundaries, involved in strategic HR planning, implementing new processes in place for this rapidly growing business in the technology field.

This opportunity allows you the responsibility to discuss employee’s career developments with managers while monitoring HR metrics. You will also review departmental budgets and organise learning and development programs.

You will demonstrate a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures whilst having a solid understanding of labour legislation. As you step in to guide and coach the team and set new policies in place, you will also play a key role in supporting and suggesting improvements for the entire organisation.
